We have two models that organizations participate in when hiring Dr. Allott to provide customized Continuing Education (CE):

  1. Large organizations can host an 8-16 hour seminar, delivered over a the course a few days or weeks. We charge a flat fee and host organization can invite as many people as they want to receive the CE. For example, a host organization might pay $5,000 for customized CE for 20 employees and invite other participants as a way for supporting the mental health professional community at large.

  2. Smaller organizations contract with me for a 2-6 hour customized training for therapists in their organizations. In this case, a group of mental health professionals pool their CE to hire Dr. Allott for the number of hours they need.

Organizations are able to record the training for future use.

The host organization must be able to provide the CE certificates.

Fueling Change: Protein For All™ Programs

In high-stress environments, resilience is the foundation for lasting success. Protein For All™ is a transformative program designed to optimize brains and bodies to empower individuals, organizations, and communities by addressing fundamental needs and building capacity for responsive engagement.

Professionals in education, mental health, and the judicial and correctional systems are on the frontlines of the mental health, homelessness, and food insecurity crises. This added complexity often results in burnout, secondary trauma, and high turnover among staff.

Protein For All™ provides real-time tools to support both clients and staff, helping to reduce stress, build resilience and decrease emotional reactivity in these high-pressure environments. Adaptable and impactful, Protein For All™ equips organizations and teams with the strategies needed to provide critical support while fostering well-being and resilience in the communities they serve.

We are so passionate about getting this knowledge and accompanying tools into people’s hands (and brains!) that we have created a free self-paced online course available to everyone. As consultants, we work with groups to provide mentoring, workshops and presentations to help groups gain a deeper understanding of how to contextualize this program for their community.
