• Private Secondary Office: A 7 ft x 10.5 ft room off the main area, ideal for administrative work or private sessions.

• Total space: approximately 250 sq feet.

• Details: Fully carpeted throughout with climate control (AC/Heat).

Lease Terms

• Monthly Rent: Is dependant on who is renting the office. $790.00 for mental health and health care professional to $990.00 for general businesses. Once we agree that you are a community fit. The rent will be determined. (Includes all utilities: water, power, heat, AC, and security system).

• Terms: One-year lease term first and last month's rent required at lease signing.

• Maintenance: Light chores are currently shared among tenants.
