Learning Collective

The Learning Collective is a free, monthly virtual learning community facilitated by Dr. Kristen Allott and Natasha Duarte. It convenes on the 2nd Friday of each month from 7:30-8:30 PM Pacific Time.

This collective is designed for mental health professionals and providers (though open to anyone interested) who want to deepen their understanding of how the body profoundly impacts mental health. It serves as a continuous learning environment where participants can explore cutting-edge insights, practical strategies, and the latest research on topics such as:

  • The physiological and hormonal causes of mental health challenges

  • The gut-brain connection

  • The role of nutrition (e.g., protein, sugar) in mood, energy, and cognitive function

  • Strategies to reduce burnout and secondary trauma in high-stress professions

By joining The Learning Collective, participants can access ongoing education, new tools, and foster connections within a community dedicated to integrated mental and physical well-being.
